Before You Arrive

Preparing a few things in advance can help your visit go more smoothly.

Please consider bringing:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Your insurance card (if applicable)

  • A list of current medications

  • Any paperwork or instructions provided by your care team

If your visit is scheduled, you may receive additional instructions ahead of time.

Checking In

When you arrive at the hospital, our staff will help guide you through the check-in process.

Parking & Directions

Parking

Reserved parking is available for patients and visitors.

A shuttle service operates between the parking area and the main hospital entrance:

  • Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm

 

Public Transportation

Public transportation drop-off is available at:

  • SW 24th Street & SW 75th Avenue
    (Approximately one block from the hospital)

Staff are available to assist if you need help navigating from parking or transit stops.

During Your Visit
